Launched on 1 February 2002, YourISS was developed to be an entirely customisable application depending on a Principal’s requirements, whether they be an Owner or a Charterer.

The application encompasses the entire workflow of the process, from the point where a vessel is appointed or nominated to call at a specific port, throughout the appointment of the performing party, right up to the finalisation of the Disbursement Account.

YourISS has the capability to manage all operational and financial aspects of a port call, whether globally or locally and offers total visibility to our Principals and our own staff. In addition, the historical port call data is available through our datawarehouse for analysis via a comprehensive list of reports.

The YourISS application has been in a global production environment for a number of years and has to date completed well over 100,000 port calls for over 2,000 Principals. This has allowed substantial enhancements and refinements to be made to the system, some of which have been shared across the application and others which have remained Principal-specific.
