The function of Group Operations is to ensure that the quality of the service delivery to all our customers adheres to the ISS Code of Excellence and surpasses our customers’ expectations, no matter which ISS Office they conduct business with.
Through standardisation and transfer of best practice we ensure that we achieve a perfect service delivery, whether it is to a customer with a single port call or our larger partnership accounts.
Group Operations supports our offices in identifying bottlenecks and obstacles that restrict our service delivery. Group Operations is also tasked with managing our partner accounts through our Service Centres and hubs strategically located around the world, to ensure that the quality of our value -added services provided are consistent worldwide.
The optimal use of our software applications and training of our staff is an important part in ensuring that we meet the targets set out in ISS Code of Excellence that is integrated into our organization and culture.
Another important task is to ensure that the Group’s policy on HSSE & Quality is implemented and followed up throughout the company, and that customer feedback is processed and analysed in order to be utilised in our continuous improvement cycle.
