- Assistance with Customs clearance and transportation for incoming / outgoing “ship spares in transit” via Dubai/ Fujairah air and seaports.
- Port entry/exit permits for personnel & goods.
- Co-ordinate supply of bunkers with physical suppliers based in Fujairah.
- Facilitate / co-ordinate and assist Principals in de-gassing and purging operations.
- Connect stores / crew and spares to ships at anchorage and passing via fleet of Inchcape owned fast launches.
- Transfer of oil & class inspectors to/from ships at anchorage and pier side.
- Diving platform support for underwater maintenance at offshore Fujairah.
- Medical assistance and medical evacuations.
- Co-ordinate / arrange fresh water through water barges at anchorage and/or pier side at economical rates.
- Garbage collection at anchorage and/or pier side.
- Arrangement of Aerial and/or shore photography of ship/s.
- Cash to Master.
- Liaison with Repair and survey companies
- Arranging Compass adjustment and deviation cards.

ISS Fujairah is also responsible for the management and operation of the "Flying Angel" which serves ships at Fujairah anchorage free of charge
