ISS can trace its history in Gibraltar back as far as 1877, through to its acquisition of Lambert Brothers in 1992, and today continues to be one the leading companies in the local shipping industry.
As one of the Pillars of Hercules, Gibraltar has always played a key part in shipping & trading activity into and out of the Mediterranean. Today that strategic importance remains as Gibraltar has developed into the primary bunkering port in the Western Mediterranean.
From it’s base in Gibraltar ISS has expanded its services to include all ports in Spain, Morocco, Portugal and the Atlantic Islands.
