HR Administrator Europe

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator - Europe in our HR team. You will be responsible for administration and co-ordination of employee recruitment, onboarding and off boarding and other phases of the employee lifecycle, as well as ad hoc HR initiatives.

What you’ll do:

  • Administration and coordination of employee lifecycle events including recruitment, onboarding (including reference checks), changes and off-boarding for Europe Region
  • Administration of employee files and various trackers, as well as supporting creation of contracts and letters
  • Supporting recruitment activities for Europe such as creating advertisements, managing applications, shortlisting, management of recruitment platforms and booking interviews 
  • Research, analyse, and present HR data and reports as assigned
  • Assist in various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support in managing surveys, Performance reviews and HR data integrity.

Education requirements
  • 1-3 years HR experience
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Proficient knowledge of a European language is a plus
