Inside Sales Executive

Job description

Working in a matrix structure and a member of the World of Ports team, the Inside Sales Executive is responsible for growing revenue for the World of Ports business vertical, converting website leads and qualifying leads for key opportunities that the World of Ports commercial team will explore and develop further.

Inside Sales

  • Follow up on all email enquiries, website subscription leads and online trials on a daily basis.
  • Create and update the ‘World of Ports’ inside sales pipeline in
  • Hit monthly, quarterly and annual targets set by the Worlds of Ports management
  • Provide webinar demos to potential clients when required


  • Monthly pipeline review with the VP World of Ports.
  • Account, opportunity, activity, information and captured in Customer Relationship Management systems (SalesForce).
  • Review and follow up after sale is closed.

Education requirements

Bachelors Degree or similar or equivalent work experience - desirable
