Sri Lanka - End of Strike

Backlog of vessels resulting in the strike action by SLPA employees currently being cleared. Strike action was called off on the 11/05/2022. Situation to normalize within by EOD 12/05/2022.

• Curfew has been lifted temporarily in the country and will be reimposed in the evening until 6 am tomorrow.
• Public and commercial transportation normalized
• Port Operations normalized as of last evening. Currently the backlog is being cleared at terminal and will return to normal efficiency before EOD today
• No disruptions in operations handled by IMMS during this period
