A message from our CEO: Effects of COVID-19 on the Cruise Industry

Dear Customers,

I am writing to further update you on our response to COVID-19 and the measures we are taking with regards to cruise vessels.

Most of you will know that the Coronavirus pandemic has meant many cruise vessels have not been able to make their scheduled port calls and have needed urgent support with emergency measures.

As the cruise industry market leader, we are currently working around the clock to ensure the wellbeing of passengers and crew worldwide. This includes helping cruise lines repatriate passengers and crew from their ships; enabling critical technical calls; and arranging lay-ups.

While countries close their borders and airlines cease operations, cruise lines are facing unprecedented hurdles. We take our responsibility as agents very seriously and are proud to support so many of our cruise customers during this difficult time. Our global network of maritime professionals are fully engaged in solving problems and finding solutions to the unique challenges we face at the moment.

We are doing everything in our power to protect the safety of everyone on board these cruise ships, as well as the port location personnel, in line with strict new protocols that ensure all actions meet COVID-19 safety measures.

Our website [CLICK HERE] will keep you informed, with hourly updates across multiple time zones.

We believe that by working together, we can navigate these tough times and emerge even stronger. If we can assist you in any way, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Wishing you all the very best.
