Invest 92 was upgraded to Tropical Storm Isaias (ees-ah-EE-ahs).

The storm is currently over the Dominican Republic moving NW at 20 mph (32 kmh). The center of the storm is 18.9 N 69.8W, Max sustained winds are 60 mph (96 kmh).

            Suspension on entry/exit and operations of cargo vessels
