This means that heavy rain has fallen or is expected to fall generally over Hong Kong, exceeding 70 millimetres in an hour, and is likely to continue. The local weather is adverse. Persistent rainstorm will cause serious road flooding and traffic congestion. Members of the public are advised to take shelter in a safe place. Heavy rain may bring flash floods, and flooding may also occur in watercourses.
Port operations are still being carried out; however, the adverse weather might cause some delays, road congestion, and a bad weather supplement surcharge at the moment.
