We would like to inform you of a new requirement introduced by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) impacting cargo discharging in the U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI).
Effective as of March 2026, all cargo manifests must be submitted electronically through the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE). This requirement applies to all relevant shipments, and customers should ensure they are compliant with the updated filing process.
