On 20 May, a National Day of Action is planned. The ACOD union has submitted strike notices at both the Maritime and Coastal Services Agency (MDK) and the Port of Antwerp-Bruges (PoAB), and has indicated its intention to participate in the action.
At this stage, the precise operational impact remains uncertain. It is important to note that in previous instances, such as the announced strike in Zeebrugge, actions were communicated in advance, yet port operations continued with limited disruption.
