Inchcape Shipping Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonas Teisner as Vice President, Global Operational Excellence.
Based in our Copenhagen office, Jonas will lead the global standardisation of operational processes and practices to ensure high-quality customer service and operational efficiency. He will work closely with regional and group stakeholders to align global standards while addressing local needs, spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation across the organisation.
Jonas brings nearly two decades of international experience in transportation, logistics, and supply chain management, having held senior leadership roles at A.P. Moller – Maersk and Dansk Supermarked. Most recently, he served as Area Head of Transport Operations for Maersk in Germany, Benelux and Poland, overseeing all containerised inland and less-container-load (LCL) logistics operations. His previous roles in the Maersk Group include Global Head of Operational Excellence and Global Head of Operations and Customer Service, where he led large-scale transformation initiatives, digital adoption, and performance management across global teams.

His extensive industry expertise and global perspective will be invaluable as we continue to streamline our processes and deliver consistent, high-quality service to our customers worldwide.
