Earthquake in Turkey – Port Update

A powerful 7.8 magnitude earthquake hit southern Turkey, Monday morning local time, 23 kilometres (14.2 miles) east of Nurdagi, Gaziantep province, at a depth of 24.1 kilometres (14.9 miles). Nurdagi is located along the Turkey-Syria border, and the quake was felt in several countries across the region, including Syria and Lebanon.

The earthquake has sadly resulted in many deaths and damage to infrastructure; however, we are pleased to report that we are in constant contact with all our staff, who are all safe, as well as their families.

There have already been aftershocks measuring between 6/7 in magnitude, which is also very serious.
