The following NZ ports have issues.
Napier
Port closed until channel assessments tomorrow am. The city and port have lost electric power due to flooding, and roads into and out of the city are flooded.
New Plymouth
Port under wind warning which may impact movements.
Lyttelton
Reopened with restrictions on pilot boarding if swell conditions increase.
Timaru
1100 hours 17th re- opening. Currently closed due to heavy swells.
