Last night, on October 29th, a fire broke out in the conveyor belts belonging to CAP Terminal (Cavalca Administração Portuaria). CAP is a terminal responsible for loading grain operations at the West Export Corridor in shed 201.
The fire brigade managed to control the fire; however, the extent of the damage is still unknown.
All operations at wharf 201 are currently suspended.
