The Russian navy has announced closure of areas in the Black Sea and Azov Sea up to a 12 miles zone from the Ukrainian coast for training purposes in the period 13-19 of Feb 2022. For the moment Black Sea port authorities have advised that it will not influence regular activities, however we understand that it will effect OPL operations. In the case of the Azov Sea, trainings will block all ports.
