Please note that northbound and southbound convoys of today (23/11/23) are facing delays due to the rescue works for one of the SC tugboats ‘Loaloa’ which was severely listed aside; therefore, the SCA evacuated the channel in order to shift the SC floating crane ‘Inkaz’ from Port Said to the tug boat location at KM. 45. To carry out the rescue operation.
Fortunately, the rescue works successfully completed and the channel is now clear. The convoys will commence the SC transit as per the below schedule:
- Southbound convoy will commence at 1230 Hrs. LT. Nov. 23rd .
- Northbound convoy will commence at 1600 Hrs. LT. Nov. 23rd .
