At Inchcape Shipping Services, the security of our communications and the protection of your data are our highest priorities. As part of our ongoing cybersecurity monitoring, we have identified the unauthorised registration of two domains designed to imitate our brand:
- issfreeportbahamasiss-shipping[.]agency
- issfreeportbahamasiss-shipping[.]com
These domains were detected by our cybersecurity monitoring tools on 19 July 2026. They are not legitimate, are not affiliated with Inchcape Shipping Services, and have not been authorised by us.
Action taken
Upon identifying these domains, our IT security team immediately implemented the following measures:
- Blocked both domains across our internal email and web filtering systems.
- Reported the domains to the hosting provider to support their removal.
- Increased monitoring for any additional malicious domains attempting to impersonate Inchcape Shipping Services.
Guidance for customers and partners
As a precaution, we recommend that customers and partners:
- Block or flag the domains listed above within their own email and web filtering systems.
- Remind employees not to engage with, click links from, or respond to communications originating from these domains.
We have no indication that our official systems have been compromised, and we are sharing this purely as a proactive measure to keep our network of partners safe.
