As per Petty Officer Pawell with USCG Targeting and Arrivals, The USCG program “Sans” is currently not working as intended resulting in USCG not being able to process new ENOA submissions.
Any ENOA submissions sent from October 12th 1601hrs till the present have not been processed by USCG, thus delaying the vessels permission for entry into the port.
USCG advised that they are currently working on the issue and hope to have the system repaired by late tomorrow morning.
