The Suez Canal Authority has decided to suspend the implementation of VAT upon all services costs of Canal Mooring and Lights Co. until further notice.
This decision was made after the initial announcement of the introduction of a 14% Value Added Tax (VAT) on top of all invoices for services rendered by the company, which was supposed to commence on all invoices from November 19, 2023.
